Flying

If you’re flying into Los Angeles, the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) — formerly known as Bob Hope Airport — is the most convenient destination. Otherwise, the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will have the greatest variety of flights and airlines. If you haven’t flown into LAX recently, be aware that the Uber/Lyft pickup situation is far different than it is at most airports, and it’s been changing frequently so be sure to check on the current state once August rolls around.

Driving

If you’re driving to Los Angeles for the weekend, you’ve probably got Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, or all three, and don’t need much help. But to set your bearings, most of the weekend’s festivities will be taking place in or just a little west of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). Many major freeways converge around DTLA including The 5, The 10, The 110, and The 101, so you shouldn’t have much trouble finding a route there.

Hotels

For those traveling into Los Angeles, please see the list below of hotels that are within three miles of the venue. We don’t have a designated hotel room block, but Hotels.com and Kayak are both great options for finding a great deal. There is always Airbnb if you prefer that “home away from home” vibe.
